Vines' average age: 19 years
HOW
Early hand harvest on 19th and 23th September 2024. Gentle grape pressing. Natural fermentation in neutral oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation allowed. Aged for 12 months on the full lees in neutral oak barrels and 5 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Total SO2 apprx. 50 mg/l. No fining. Unfiltered. Bottled in february 2026.
